Update the look of any room with this oval eggshell lacquered vase.
Crafted in a small village of artisans in the central part of Vietnam, each vase is carefully hand made. After the bamboo foundation is lacquered several times, the eggshells are ready to be applied; once the eggshells are thoroughly dried, they are cracked into thousands of small pieces and placed by hand throughout the vase. A few more coats of lacquer are applied and after being sanded in water, the eggshells slowly appear. One final coat of stain provides this vase with its deep and rich color. This vase is not watertight.
