Champagne De Saint Gall, the maker of Cuvie Cote Basque, is one of the few Champagne houses to obtain a 4-star rating from specialist, Michael Edwards, owner of 10 Cru and Grand Cru vineyards near Epernay.
This champagne's characteristics include a very fresh taste with acacia flower aromas, walnut flavors, and a creamy, nutty richness. It also boasts small bubbles with good acidity in the finish and it can be cellared for the next 2 or 3 years.
